Erik is currently responsible for the overall testing effort of a team of 170 testers. He owns, reviews, and finds ways to improve the way testing is done including; bringing new ideas to the team, finding ways to engage testers in testing as a career, and building a stronger community for testers in the Northeastern Ohio region.
