Cindy Carless is new to the software testing field and is enjoying being exposed to the new skills and philosophies that so resonate with her. She has experienced a diverse career that started with a BCom qualification that took her into Financial Management. She then moved into soft skills training in honour of her passion for people development and finally into IT via a development house and a configuration and QA manager role. A role in business analysis and project management gave her additional exposure to the software development life cycle and only since 2010 has she been applying herself to formal software testing, which has inspired and revitalised her career.
